Manufacturing
Our designs are thoughtfully brought to life by experienced makers and craftspeople across our teams in Melbourne, Australia and Indonesia. From the initial concept and fabric selection to production, packaging, and delivery, every Red Rola piece is created in collaboration with people we trust and value deeply. Our Indonesian team specialises in creating intricate, technically advanced pieces that are not feasible to produce locally, while our Naarm/Melbourne team focuses on precision and detail—working with delicate fabrics to deliver clean, elevated silhouettes.
Fabric
All our fabric is sourced from suppliers and distributors in the Australia. When possible, we use deadstock end of the line fabrics to limit the impact on the environment. The deadstock fabrics we use are from our favourite era - the late 90s/early 00s - and using these means we rely less on the production of new fibres.
Quality
We spend a great deal of time and funds investing in solutions that ensure our designs are high quality. Through working with vintage clothing for years we been able to study what stands the test of time, and what features of a garment work best to give a comfortable fit. Almost all our pieces are made using stretchy fabric to ensure the best fit for all body types, and we are constantly working to expand our size range. Our collections embrace the beauty of imperfection, offering thoughtfully designed, transeasonal essentials that celebrate craftsmanship and simplicity. Guided by Alice’s values and ethos, Red Rola prioritises ethical production and mindful consumption, fostering a deeper connection between you, each piece, and the artisans behind it.

Care
Our designs have been created to ensure the best durability as possible. We recommend hand washing your hook and eye top in cold water, leaving them out to dry naturally.
