Returns & Exchanges

You can exchange sizes within 7 business days, provided the item is in unworn, perfect condition. The exchange will be sent out once we have received the returned item. Please email us ASAP before sending your item back as we may not have your required size available. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. Orders can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged, and evidence must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Shipping

Redrola offers regular post using a 100% carbon-neutral courier. Depending on your location within Australia, the delivery time frame ranges from 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 10-20 days for international shipments (sometimes longer due to delays). Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped out. We are not responsible for lost packages.
